Pair of unusual gilded Paris porcelain vases with hand painted scenes of a hilltop tower and plein air painter seated beside a mountainous stream in cartouches bordered by flowering vines in relief and with bases decorated to mimic a stone facade. Apparently unsigned. Each in very good condition.
