The tea / coffee pot is about 8.5 inches x 8 inches diameter. Sugar bowl is 4.5 inches x 4 inches. Creamer is 4 inches x 3 inches. Each cup is 4 inches x 3 inches. Saucer is 5.5 inches diameter.
